7.3 X 0.9 inch Sterling Silver by Bill J. Wilson. The Halibut is a flat fish that starts swimming in a vertical plan and eventually turns over on its side to become a bottom feeder. Represented as an abundant food source, Halibut are found carved in feast dihes and used for eulachon oil. The more detailed and elaborate a dish, the more highly ranked the person was who owned it.
